Job Title: Oracle DBA Consultant

**Job Description**: We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to lead the administration, optimization, and security of our Oracle database landscape. This role requires deep Oracle expertise, along with exposure to SAP Basis-related database administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c, 21c) in production, development, and QA environments.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  • Optimize database performance using AWR, ASH, OEM, and advanced tuning techniques.
  • Manage high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
  • Implement and test robust backup/recovery strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN.
  • Performance tuning (SQL, instance-level).
  • Backup/recovery and storage management.
  • Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring and diagnostics.
