
Lead Capture Specialist

The role of Lead Capture Specialist is a pivotal position within our organization, focused on driving business growth through strategic capture and pursuit of new opportunities in both public and private sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies to maximize capture success.
- Analyze markets to identify potential procurement opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
- Evaluate and qualify RFI/RFPs, drive the proposal process, and ensure high-quality written proposals that showcase industry expertise.
- Maintain accurate reference databases for technical, management, and past performance, ensuring compliance and relevance.
- Conduct thorough after-action reviews for all contracts, documenting lessons learned and identifying necessary adjustments to capture techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Federal or State procurements, with a proven track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
- Demonstrated ability to craft clear, logical, and persuasive documents that meet client needs.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of cost and financial implications.
- Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
Essential Skills:
- Attention to detail, with ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively and meet planned deadlines.
