
Lead Generation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and focus on generating high-quality leads through strategic planning, campaign execution, and website optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building lead gen systems from scratch, driving measurable lead growth, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term, strategic lead generation plans targeting B2B and B2C audiences, focusing on activities that directly contribute to lead capture.
- Optimize our website for lead generation by creating high-converting landing pages, CTAs, and forms, ensuring seamless integration with CRM tools.
- Manage lead gen campaigns via email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and social media, prioritizing channels proven to drive form fills.
- Create compelling, lead-focused content (e.g., landing page copy, email campaigns, whitepapers, ad copy) tailored to B2B and B2C audiences to drive conversions.
- Build and execute content strategies aligned with lead gen goals, incorporating SEO best practices and audience segmentation to maximize form submissions.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns from scratch, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.
- Analyze campaign and website performance metrics using CRM and analytics tools to optimize lead gen strategies and report on KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and market research to improve lead capture efficiency and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C lead generation, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environments.
- Proven track record of independently designing and managing the entire lead generation process, including website optimization and campaign execution.
- Exceptional content writing and content strategy skills, with a portfolio of lead-focused content assets that have driven form submissions.
- Hands-on expertise in PPC campaign setup and management, including platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead management, campaign tracking, form integration, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Magento or Adobe Commerce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales cycles.
