Job Opportunity

Lead and manage the Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building. Mentor HR teams, ensure compliance, and implement people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a lean team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, setting clear performance metrics, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring visa compliance, deputations, travel policy adherence, and budget control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Develop and execute culture-building strategies and initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Embed organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards frameworks: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development initiatives: SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on external communications and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.

Requirements

  • Post Graduation/Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • At least 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
