Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the implementation of strategic plans and policies that ensure portfolio growth, while maintaining delinquencies within predefined benchmarks. This entails regular monitoring of tracking mechanisms and designing new campaigns to achieve organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include ensuring profitability in the Encash Portfolio and maintaining delinquency rates below benchmark levels. Additionally, the role involves offering encash and CLI services to low-risk segments, utilizing data from other bureaus to offer encash to customers, and tracking portfolio performance to take corrective actions.

Other key tasks include identifying opportunity or stress segments in the portfolio, conducting data analytics, modeling, and segmentation for portfolio management, and promoting customer-driven actions such as increasing income-driven limit assignments.

Furthermore, the role requires creating and monitoring portfolio Performance dashboards on a monthly basis, reviewing transaction declines daily, and highlighting gaps and abnormal patterns. It also involves driving portfolio management initiatives through credit cycle management frameworks and deploying AI/ML/Automation techniques to enhance process efficiency and customer experience.

Additionally, the role includes managing the exit process of all secured cards with partner banks, supporting management of existing relationships and future implementation of new card networks, and maintaining portfolio loss rates and delinquencies within defined benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Data Analytic & Modelling, strong understanding of card business dynamics, and proficiency in data analytics system tools such as SAS, TRIAD, V+, and Python. Additionally, knowledge of Card networks and Access Control System is required.

Key competencies critical to the role include stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, analytical skills, problem-solving, process orientation, and agility & responsiveness.
