
Administrative Operations Manager

The organizational development team plays a crucial role in shaping the company's structure, providing and distributing information electronically, and acting as a basis for reporting audits, legal matters, and internal workflows.
- Global Projects: Active involvement in design, transition, and takeover phases of organizational management activities in global projects.
- Automation Strategies: Identification, initiation, and implementation of automation strategies to enhance user experience and reduce capacity.
- Process Optimization & Harmonization: Identification, initiation, and implementation of process improvements through change requests (CRs), legacy changes (LHs), and system maintenance tickets (SMT tickets). Harmonization is also initiated and implemented across entities.
- Maintenance of Organizational Frameworks: Position, person, and communication master data are maintained.
- Technical Support: Second-level support on technical issues, including COMPAS, HR core – rules, policies & processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
- COMPAS System Updates: Maintenance of organizational master data.
- Local HR System Updates: Maintenance processes for position master data.
- SAP Updations: Creation/delimitation of org units, classification of org types, org area, cost center update, personnel area/sub-area updation, location update, account assignment, info org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role updation, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update. Reliable data is provided in good quality to connected consumer systems.
- Monthly Inputs: Providing monthly inputs to Org changes stakeholders' team on organizational management and chief updates.
- SLA Adherence: Timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders.
- MIS & Reports: Creating queries and generating need-based MIS & reports from SAP & COMPAS.
- Customer Service: Effectively partnering with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.
