Mainframe System Administration and Storage Management

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe System Administrator and Storage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in z/OS operating system administration, storage management, and technical support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring the z/OS operating system, as well as maintaining and supporting mainframe storage systems. They will also be expected to administer and configure IBM mainframe storage servers (EMC) and DLM, and provide technical support for IODF/IOCDS creation for new systems, storage configuration, and storage policies.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 15 years of experience in Mainframe OS Administration or Storage Management.
  • Strong knowledge on various basic OS components installation, configuration of ISV products.
  • Good knowledge on WLM, CFRM, SA, and TWS.
