Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, overseeing procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, liaising with external vendors, and ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.

They will also be responsible for maintaining records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts, coordinating company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics, and maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking, ensure compliance with company policies, and support internal audits.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, 3–5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

They will also possess excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
