- Manage electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, internet, CCTV, printers, fire safety, and other office utilities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and vendor service level agreement compliance.
- Office Management
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry, stationery, front desk, security, and visitor management.
