Strategic Customer Success Associate Director

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Customer Success team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing consulting, portfolio management, and solution delivery. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in FMCG, service, or retail industry
- Strong customer focus and proactiveness
- Excellent influencing, persuading, and project management skills
- Ability to connect and link insights to customer business
