Job Description

At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Customer Success team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing strategic plans to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing consulting, portfolio management, and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in FMCG, service, or retail industry
  • Strong customer focus and proactiveness
  • Excellent influencing, persuading, and project management skills
  • Ability to connect and link insights to customer business
