">Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of customer engagement journeys and automations to boost conversion and promotional communications for a specific business line.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to deliver on set campaign objectives.
- Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
- Partner closely with growth managers, technical, and creative colleagues to drive results.
- Anchors project briefs and serves as a single point of contact for campaign execution and analysis.
- Develop, measure, and achieve objectives at pace without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in customer campaigns in operations functions at high-growth companies.
- Experience working on CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams.
- An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
