Employee Experience Enhancement Specialist

The Employee Experience Enhancement Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimizing the overall work environment by fostering meaningful connections and encouraging collaboration among employees throughout their lifecycle.

This position involves conducting regular employee connects, leveraging HR analytics, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Develop and execute an annual employee experience calendar, incorporating recognition events and initiatives that foster team connection and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees, addressing concerns and enhancing the onboarding experience through structured 15:30:60-day and 1:1 connects.
Expected Outcomes:
  • A tailored employee experience calendar aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Regularly updated reports featuring actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Successful implementation and monitoring of engagement programs.
  • Enhanced communication initiatives, including transparent strategies and surveys.
  • Tangible improvements in employee satisfaction and retention metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive engagement calendars aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys, analyzing results, and implementing effective recommendations.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
