- Identify growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.
Your Key Responsibilities
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues.
- Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
- Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis.
- Generate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
- Handle a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
- Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
