Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues.
  3. Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  4. Design and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis.
  5. Generate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  6. Handle a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  7. Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
