HR Operations Manager

This is a challenging position that requires an individual to manage company policies, ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations, and oversee the smooth operation of administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, enthusiastic about creating a safe and efficient work environment, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR and administrative procedures.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal practices and external regulations.
- Monitor labor law compliance, POSH policies, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate fire safety protocols – conduct regular fire extinguisher checks and organize fire drills.
- Collaborate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications.
- Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and maintenance renewals.
- Manage office assets, housekeeping, courier services, stationery, and utilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for internal audits and statutory inspections.
- Prepare compliance checklists and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, fire safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
