Job Title

A HCM consultant will oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally. This individual will drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support team, implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

  • Project Management: The candidate will lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all the Oracle HCM modules
  • Stakeholder Management: They will work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: The individual will oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: They will develop and deliver training materials and user guides
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: The consultant will support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products
  • Continuous Improvement: They will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications are a plus
  • Experience: Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Skills: Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules)
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Analytics: Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
