Business Transformation Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex international programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery of key strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gain effective buy-in and ensure resource availability.
  • Design and implement target operating models (TOM) and M&A type projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed program delivery roadmaps, including resources, outcomes, schedules, costs, assumptions, dependencies, and business integration plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional services experience with minimum 5 years in designing and implementing changes to operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager leading large and complex programs across matrix structured organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing implementation with teams across different locations, including off-shoring/near-shoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to drive sustainable changes.

About You:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Relevant program management qualification: MSP/PMI/APM or equivalent.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits / Pensions / Investments or HR Consulting business and solutions is highly desirable.
