Customer Service Team Leader

The Customer Service Team Leader role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading the customer service team to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the customer service team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide an excellent service to customers.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement and organizational efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate activities of the team, provide support and advice to members, and ensure standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
  • Produce written reports when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
