The Customer Service Team Leader role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading the customer service team to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the customer service team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide an excellent service to customers.
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement and organizational efficiency.
- Co-ordinate activities of the team, provide support and advice to members, and ensure standard operating procedures are documented and maintained.
- Produce written reports when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
