Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

  • This role is responsible for managing the IT service delivery team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
About This Role

The IT Service Delivery Manager will oversee the management of incidents, problems, and services, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on customers. They will develop and manage service management processes, procedures, and documentation, as well as oversee the implementation of improvements to achieve higher levels of service quality.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce incident resolution time.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage service delivery metrics, reporting, and analytics to measure performance and drive improvement.
Key Responsibilities

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing high-impact incidents within an organization, working closely with IT operations, service delivery, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and effective incident management.

  • Identify and address root causes of recurring high-severity incidents using analytical tools and techniques.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on incident management and problem management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
