Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable and champion an IT service culture to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversight of ITSM-based management processes and controls to maintain quality.
  • Championing and promoting service improvements on an ongoing basis to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintenance of day-to-day responsibility for the ownership and resolution of service management issues arising in connection with services provided.
  • Review of service metrics (KPIs) to recommend and coordinate implementation of changes to improve service performance.
  • Coordination of inter-process changes with process owners.
  • Creation and maintenance of the catalogue description of existing services offered.
  • Formulation, agreement, and maintenance of an appropriate SLM structure for Service Delivery.
  • Ensuring OLAs/SLAs are in place to support new services.
  • Analyzing and reviewing actual service performance against SLAs and OLAs.
  • Providing regular reports on service performance and achievement to client IT/business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT service management principles.
  • Proven experience in overseeing IT service delivery operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
