We are looking for a **System Administrator** to join the** IT Service Delivery squad **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:
- Provide an amazing customer support experience.
- Administration, installation, and support of Windows and macOS systems.
- Deployment and setup of macOS and Windows systems
- Handle customer requests with Jira, Slack and Mail and in person
- Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
- Deep technical end-user device knowledge to troubleshoot incidents on Windows and macOS
- Incident handling

- High ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and drive to find and address the root causes.
- High service orientation and ability to see the customer's perspective.
- Good English knowledge
- Completed degree in Computer Science, vocational training in Computer sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in system administration and IT.
- Active Directory, AzureAD and Google Suite user management knowledge.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working in an international Agile Environment
- Certification (e.g CompTIA A+)
