We are seeking a skilled technical writer to join our team at Smart Energy Water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define target audience and outline manuals
  • Write documentation that is technically accurate and conforms to our writing style guidelines
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions
  • Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to deliver technical documentation
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality
Requirements:
  • Proven English writing skills
  • Knowledge of MSTP is required
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Visio

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
