Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and service support of utilities and facilities for the entire plant. This includes planning, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to planned maintenance schedules for all facilities and utilities to maintain targeted uptime.

The role also involves analyzing and tracking the maintenance log, resolving repeated issues to reduce breakdowns in MEP systems, and tracking and reviewing repair and maintenance (R&M) and facility budgets.

In addition, the Facilities Maintenance Manager will support Eaton's initiative programs on MESH and CI, identify areas of quality failures, and take steps to rectify system problems. They will also coordinate facility expansion projects and ensure smooth handover to operations.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the AMC records of vendors, ensuring activities are completed as specified in the contract. They will also plan periodic training to upskill technicians and subordinates, and map skill competency matrices.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively. You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
