Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Puducherry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic planning initiatives to drive growth, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting market research, analyzing competition, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Proposal Writing, Presentation, and Communication skills
- Ability to analyze competition and market trends
- Experience in facilities management or a similar industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Traveling must across India
