Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions to address client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on business pipeline, client feedback, and market developments to management.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Prior experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
