Job description:

  • Job Role: Business Development + Marketing Executive
  • Location: Pondicherry (On-site)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
    in government, private, and research sectors
    .
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, EOIs, technical proposals
    and project documentation.
  • Support marketing activities, campaigns, and social media outreach
    (digital & offline).
  • Build partnerships with universities, NGOs, and industry collaborators.
  • Prepare professional documents using maps, models, and analysis results.
  • Lead client demos and sessions showcasing drone and GIS capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of 
    business documentation
     (proposals, reports, tenders, MoUs, agreements).
  • Proficiency in 
    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
     and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of 
    digital marketing tools
     and platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of 
    CRM tools
     will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
