
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of utilities and facilities within the plant. This involves providing maintenance and service support, planning and reviewing maintenance schedules, and analyzing maintenance logs to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Service Support: Provide timely and efficient maintenance and service support for utilities and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Planning and Review: Plan and review maintenance schedules to ensure that all facilities and utilities are properly maintained and meet operational requirements.
- Analysis and Improvement: Analyze maintenance logs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce breakdowns and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: BE/BTech in EEE or Mech discipline.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction industry.
- Skills: HVAC, Electrical Systems LT & HT, Mechanical & Plumbing systems, Building Management Systems, CCTV's, Access control Systems, DG & Air Compressor, Presenting Skills, Good interpersonal skills, Planning and analytical ability, Man management skills, Good communicator of both written and verbal information.
