The Role of Estate Manager
We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Estate Manager.
- Manage facilities and maintenance activities effectively.
- Oversee daily administrative activities.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams to accomplish tasks on time and efficiently.
- Evaluate risk assessments periodically and enforce preventative measures.
- Coordinate transportation activities and vendors to ensure timely and safe transportation.
- Assist with asset management and infrastructure work as required.
- Liaise with external stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure minor repairs are carried out promptly.
- Maintain operational status of electricity and water supply lines.
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the estate's day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
