Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated hospitality professional to take charge of our operations in Auroville, India.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Operational Oversight & Guest Experience: Supervise all property operations during your shift, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and addressing any on-site issues or complaints with professionalism and composure.
• OTA & PMS Management: Strategically manage online travel agency listings and property management systems, implementing pricing strategies, updating property availability, amenities, and programs, and verifying accurate booking and billing information.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue expansion by collaborating with external partners, optimizing pricing and occupancy rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key staff members to align on financial, vendor, and administrative matters.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on guest feedback, operational performance, and financial metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, with a focus on guest services, front office, or operational management.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English for effective communication with international guests and online platforms.
• PREFERRED LANGUAGE SKILLS: Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is highly desirable for local communication.
