Plant Maintenance Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled maintenance professional who can ensure the smooth operation of our plant's facilities and utilities. As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support to maintain uptime requirements and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

You will work closely with our team to plan and schedule maintenance activities, analyze and track maintenance logs, and identify areas for improvement. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to troubleshoot complex problems and implement effective solutions.

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Maintain uptime of facility and utilities requirements arising from site
• Plan, review, and ensure adherence to planned maintenance schedules
• Analyze and track maintenance logs to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maintenance strategies

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction industry

• HVAC, Electrical Systems LT & HT, Mechanical & Plumbing systems
• Building Management Systems, CCTV's, Access control Systems, DG & Air Compressor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
