Job Title: Estate Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced estate manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our school's infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of our buildings and grounds, ensuring that they remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordination of daily activities and supervision of staff.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary staff, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and security officers.
- Safety and Risk Management: Develop and implement integrated safety management and preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the safety of people and equipment.
- Asset Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and enforce preventative measures to minimize potential hazards.
- Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation activities and vendor services.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure minor repairs are carried out promptly, and maintain operational electricity and water supply lines, fittings, and fixtures.
- Cleanliness and Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the school's buildings and grounds.
