Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with experience in planning and executing maintenance schedules, ensuring uptime of facility systems, and managing budgets.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Additionally, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of utility systems, track spend, and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements.

Apart from technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
