Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed as a CRM Executive, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Additionally, relevant experience in B2B or B2C environments is necessary. Required skills include proficiency in CRM platforms, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
