Job Title

As a senior manager, you will play a key role in driving performance and capability within the student recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a talented group of professionals, helping them to achieve their full potential and make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced recruitment specialists, setting clear targets and ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for regional student recruitment, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to build and maintain strong relationships with key agents, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings and events, promoting our brand and values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets, particularly the UK study abroad landscape.
