The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment strategy and execution across various business units.

This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements and proactively plan recruitment activities.
  • Set and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators to ensure a high-performing, efficient, and motivated team.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and guide professional development for recruitment team members.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Oversee the identification, sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the company's talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to find top-tier candidates.

Hiring Process Optimization:

  • Ensure a seamless recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to streamline interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Maintain an efficient applicant tracking system to track candidate progress and analyze recruitment data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
