Job Description

As a Senior Executive in Influencer Relations, you will play a key role in driving the organization's influencer marketing efforts forward. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our influencer marketing vertical and increasing our influencer network and relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and networking skills, with a strong understanding of social media insights & analytics. They should also have good knowledge of MS office and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and help with planning, designing proposals or pitch decks along with an execution plan for their respective influencer marketing briefs.
  • Maintain timely delivery for the briefs received, understanding relevancy as per the requirement, and create detailed proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Research, recruit & onboard influencers, content creators, and celebrities using great negotiation tactics and process downloading.
  • Brief, negotiate, and give process downloading to influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintain the database and keep adding new influencers to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, & partners including premium celebrity/artist management agencies, networks of content creators, and groups, communities, & clusters of micro-influencers.
  • Keep close coordination and relationships with internal team members and external partners.
  • Execute campaigns seamlessly with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams as per the pre-planned roadmap proposed to the client.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieve high margins for all campaigns.
  • Review, analyze key metrics of the campaigns, and create strong insightful reports and reasoning of influencer activation.
