Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Compensation and Performance modules through their expertise in both configuration and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Fast Formulas: Design, develop, and maintain fast formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing of compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Develop and Utilize Data Loaders: Develop and utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Create and Modify Reports: Create and modify RTF templates and develop OTBI / BI Publisher (BIP) reports of medium complexity.
  • Provide Functional Support: Provide functional design and configuration support for the Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Manage Base Compensation Structures: Design and implement grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support Goal and Performance Management: Support the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Techno-Functional Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Fast Formula Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Data Loader Experience: Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Reporting Experience: Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Implementation Experience: Functional implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Compensation Understanding: Solid understanding of base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
