SLA Governance and Management Expert

An experienced SLA Coordinator is required to manage, coordinate, and govern Service Level Agreements across the organization. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate SLA issuance with internal stakeholders, project managers, beneficiaries, providers, and legal/compliance teams.
  • Manage SLA signature with onshore managers, beneficiaries, and providers.
  • Ensure legal documents align with project deliveries; escalate blocking issues where necessary.
  • Produce and maintain KPIs for SLAs.
  • Schedule, prepare, and lead committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams; adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate contracts upon deployment of purchase or in-house applications.
  • Conduct service reviews with beneficiaries and providers after SLA signing.
  • Actively contribute to overall SLA governance.
  • Manage SLA control execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant SLA experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Legal documentation, Data Protection (GDPR), IT Security.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
