Senior Analytics Engineering Lead

The role will design and scale data warehouses, business rules, and ML deployment pipelines. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineering & Automation Lead who can both execute and lead a team of analysts/engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture and Engineering:\
    • \
    • Architect and oversee data warehouses and curated data views across domains.\
    • Establish data modeling best practices, documentation, and governance.\
    • Mentor team members on SQL and data engineering patterns.\
    • Design scalable, tested, and version-controlled deployment of data pipelines.\
    • Partner with Risk/Policy/Product teams for agile implementation.\
    • Define standards for model execution, monitoring, and retraining workflows.\
    • Collaborate with model builders for smooth model-to-production handoff.\
    • Own process automation, SLAs, and governance to ensure a reliable, future-ready analytics ecosystem.\
    • Lead the deployment and monitoring of batch-based ML models.\
    • Mentor team members in ML model deployment and maintenance.\
    • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the analytics team.\
    • Conduct regular reviews, mentorship, and skill development.\
    • Manage a backlog of dashboard requests with clear SLAs.\
    • Drive dashboard standards, governance, and usability across business teams.\
    • Lead the design of executive-level and operational dashboards.\
    • Partner with stakeholders to design key performance indicators (KPIs).\
    • Develop and maintain a library of reusable data visualizations.\
    • Prioritize, plan, and track projects to ensure timely delivery.\
    • Schedule and deliver presentations to various audiences.\
    • Orient new team members and onboard them quickly.\
    • Audit and monitor project risks, identifying mitigation strategies where necessary.\
    • Analyze and report on project progress to stakeholders.\
    • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members.\
    • Implement process improvements across the organization.\
    • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.\
    • Create and manage content for companywide announcements.\
    • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops.\
    • Participate in high-level discussions about technology roadmaps.\
    • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders.\
    • Partner with leadership to identify areas for improvement.\
    • Document and maintain accurate records of all tasks.\
    • Engage in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends.\
    • Implement effective time management techniques to meet deadlines.\
    • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.\
    • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.\
    • Perform other duties as assigned.\

      • Improve dashboard layout and design.\
      • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of dashboard data.\
      • Conduct A/B testing to optimize dashboard performance.\
      • Collaborate with product teams to integrate dashboard insights into product features.\
      • Develop and maintain a roadmap for dashboard development.\
      • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.\
      • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.\
      • Prioritize tasks based on business needs.\
