Job Title: Senior IT Service Management (ITSM) Specialist Trainer

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new graduates on IT service management principles, ITIL best practices, and service delivery models.
  • Mentor and guide fresh graduates in incident, problem, change, release, and service request management, providing hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
  • Evaluate trainee work in ticket handling, escalation processes, and SLA adherence, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Lead workshops on root cause analysis, customer service excellence, and communication best practices, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design graduate onboarding, capability-building, and career path programs that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Drive continual improvement of ITSM processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry benchmarks.
