Job Title: Corporate Contracts Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, policies, and other legal documentation required to support business operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and legal requirements.
  • Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams on document standards.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support contract negotiations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initial drafting to execution, amendments, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information for contract preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts and documentation within a central repository or contract management system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
