**Job Position: Finance Controller - Corporate**

**Location: Kochi**

**Purpose of the Job**: The Finance Controller - Corporate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple clients through a BPO team based in Kochi, India. This includes overseeing the finance staff assigned to each client, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and value-added services to the management of the client companies. The Finance Controller - Corporate will work closely with the teams in Kochi, ensuring the delivery of tasks according to client needs, and coordinating closely with stakeholders in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India. The role will also involve business analysis, process optimization, and financial control for each client.

**List of Key Responsibilities**

1. Manage the finance teams assigned to the following companies:

- Maxfire Protection Systems LLC, Dubai
- Bridgeway Specialized Contracting Company, Saudi Arabia
- Schools Managed by Bridgeway International Management Company, Saudi Arabia (2 Schools)
- BEST Kids Nursery, Dubai o Bridgeway Trading LLC, Dubai
- Bridgeway Shipping and Clearing Services Group (Including FILS), Dubai
- Bridgeway Ventures LLP, Kochi, India

2. Ensure all employees within the BPO team based in Kochi deliver on their tasks in alignment with their job descriptions and meet assigned deadlines.

3. Track the performance of the Kochi-based team in delivering compliance reports, MIS, statutory payments, and other deliverables to the respective companies.

4. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate reporting for: o VAT, GST, and other statutory filings across jurisdictions (UAE, Saudi Arabia, India). o Compliance with each client’s regulatory framework.

5. Manage and enhance internal controls, ensuring robust financial management practices across all client companies.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills**
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, Saudi Arabia, India).
- Expertise in managing outsourced finance functions and compliance in multiple regions.
- Proficiency in financial management systems, MIS, and statutory reporting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple teams and deliverables.
- Ability to build relationships with business partners and senior management.
- Excellent communication skills for managing teams remotely and presenting reports.

**Qualification -CA/ICWAI/MBA Finance (from Reputed Institutions)**

**Experience - 7+ Years**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
