**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Interact with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Prepare effective training programs
- Develop programs and curriculum for the employee of the organization for orientation and in-job training
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
- Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Design and disseminate educational material such as module summaries٫ videos and so on
- Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
- Organize seminars٫ workshops٫ individual training sessions etc.
- Oversee training budgets as per the company standards
- Evaluate the educational progress to identify areas of improvement
- Supervise employee performance and response to training
- Stay informed about new techniques in corporate teaching
**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years' experience of working on a Corporate Trainer position
- Significant experience with teaching methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication٫ presentation and public speaking skills
- Good practical experience with MS Office٫ particularly with PowerPoint٫ and e-learning software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good critical thinking and decision making abilities
- BSc or BA degree in business٫ HR٫ finance or other relevant area; additional certification (such as CPLP) will be a bonus
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
