**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live and recorded training sessions for both online and offline learners.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and course content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry trends.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and offer mentorship to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance course content.
- Collaborate with the team to improve training effectiveness and enhance the learning experience.
- Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions to engage learners.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in digital marketing and training.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage and interact with students effectively.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in corporate training or as a digital marketing instructor.
- Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
- Experience in creating online courses or video tutorials.
