Job Description

We are looking for a passionate digital marketing trainer who can engage students with interesting lessons in digital marketing and contribute to the growth of students by involving them in hands-on training sessions.

Major Responsibilities

  • Candidates should have the ability to explain digital marketing concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Should have domain knowledge and technical expertise in digital marketing.
  • Prepare modules, notes, presentations, case studies and other training material.
  • Help students in the practical execution of digital marketing concepts.
  • Monitor the progress of students through continuous evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing tools, techniques, and strategies.
  • Cover major modules including:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • SEM (Google Ads / PPC)
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Content Marketing & Blogging
  • Email Marketing
  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
  • Create curriculum, assignments, live projects, and assessments.
  • Mentor and guide students from basic to advanced levels.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry experience in digital marketing Trainer
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for learners from non-marketing backgrounds
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Diploma or Certification in Digital Marketing from recognized institution

Key Competencies:

  • Curriculum Design: Structuring beginner-to-advanced modules with clear outcomes.
  • Interactive Delivery: Using live demos, case studies, and real-time campaign walk throughs.
  • Case-Based Teaching: Using real-world brand examples and campaign breakdowns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Perumpilavu, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
