Position Overview: A Digital Marketing Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate individuals or teams about various aspects of digital marketing. The trainer must stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing to provide relevant and up-to-date content to the participants.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:Develop comprehensive training materials, modules, and resources for digital marketing training programs.
Create engaging presentations, case studies, and practical exercises to facilitate effective learning.

Training Delivery:Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually, depending on the format and audience.
Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, using various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.

Content Customization:Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the participants, which could range from beginners to advanced learners.
Incorporate real-world examples and industry-specific case studies to make the training relevant and practical.

Skill Assessment:Design and administer assessments, quizzes, or practical assignments to evaluate participants' understanding and skills.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their digital marketing capabilities.

Industry Trends and Updates:Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Integrate new developments into training content to ensure its relevance and accuracy.

Q&A and Support:Address participants' questions, doubts, and concerns during and after training sessions.
Provide additional resources and references for further learning.

Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and align training content with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in different areas such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and more.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is preferred.
- Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to different audience needs and skill levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
