JOB DESIGNATION: SOFT SKILLS TRAINER / COMMUNICATION SKILLS TRAINER

High level of proficiency of Grammar also required.

Should have good presentation skills.

Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills. Has to have a good understanding of Indianisms, functional Grammar and MTI. Should be acquainted with the communication nuances of the local audience possible kinds of errors that one would expect in the location.

Needs to have strong training ability

Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized

Good analytical ability.

Good reading / learning, researching Skills

Understanding on American/British accents preferably.

High level of mental maturity.

Preferably Should have had formal training as trainer - (Train the Trainer, ISTD Diploma, CHE, or similar)

Good Administrative experience

Needs to have some amount of supervisory / leadership experience.

Knowledge/certificates in NLP/ Emotional Intelligence and other behavioural/personal development trainings would be an added advantage.

- Preparing Training modules
- Planning Training sessions
- Conducting Training
- Evaluating Training - Pre/Post assessment
- Trainee feedback

**Experience ( Minimum)**: At least 2-3 years in an ITES/service industry as Voice & Accent - VnA/softs skills/ Corporate trainer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
