**English and Soft Skill Trainer**

**Location**: Vytilla, Kochi
**Timing**: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years preferred
**Salary**: Best in the industry

We are looking for a dynamic **English and Soft Skill Trainer** to join our team at Vytilla. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students' communication skills, professional behavior, and overall personality development, preparing them for academic success and career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions focused on English language communication, both spoken and written.
- Teach and develop students' soft skills, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, leadership, and team collaboration.
- Design training modules, lesson plans, and customized programs based on student needs.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback and improvement plans.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to make sessions interactive and impactful.
- Organize workshops, group activities, and role-plays to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in communication skills and soft skill development.
- Coordinate with the academic team to integrate communication and soft skill development into the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English Trainer/Soft Skills Trainer (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent command of English language (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Professional appearance and behavior suitable for a training environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
