Roles & Responsibilities**:Part-Time Trainer Position**
- Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of pre-determined training curriculum on Management and Human Resource related topics such as Communication Skills, Soft-Skills etc.
- Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses.
- Trainer will be responsible for meeting training needs and delivering training programs based on skill gap analysis and identified needs.
- Responsible for the administration of all assigned training groups, facilities preparation, and securing of training materials.

**Requirements**:

- MBA HR, Finance, BTech, MA English / CA / CS or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years’ experience working in training delivery, teaching, or coaching experience.
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple on-going priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
