**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct soft skills training sessions on topics such as communication, time management, conflict resolution, leadership, and teamwork.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals to support the learning objectives.
- Assess the training needs of participants and customize training sessions to meet those needs.
- Use a variety of training methods (e.g., role-playing, interactive activities, discussions) to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and assessments, and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills development.
- Collaborate with management and HR teams to assess organizational needs and tailor training programs accordingly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of interpersonal communication and professional behavior.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training content through various methods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Certifications in soft skills training or learning and development (preferred but not mandatory).
