**Job Title**: Soft Skills Trainer

**Job Type**: On-site, Full-time

**Required Skill Set**
- Deliver engaging sessions on English grammar, verbal ability, and professional communication.
- Update and develop training materials, including worksheets, mock tests, and handbooks.
- Conduct training on group discussions, interviews, resume writing, and communication skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor fellow trainers as required.
- Design course syllabi, interactive activities, and tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Align training outcomes with industry standards and academic goals.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and maintain organized documentation.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- **Content Development**: Create course syllabi, training modules, and conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions. Stay updated on innovative training tools and techniques.
- **Session Delivery**: Facilitate high-quality training sessions and maintain consistency across batches. Participate in session audits as required.
- **Assessment & Reporting**: Prepare detailed assessment reports, maintain gradebooks, and ensure fair scoring practices.
- **Student Engagement**: Mentor students, organize soft skills activities, and assist with placement preparations.
- **Operational Tasks**: Maintain records, adhere to deadlines, and follow university protocols diligently.
